Made When You Order
All THIRTY3 products are made to order. That means we don’t hold stock, your piece is created just for you, then shipped straight from our production partners. This approach helps us reduce waste and support more sustainable production.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally to most countries. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us hello@thirtythreeclothing.com before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Fulfilment Locations
We use smart fulfilment to get your gear to you as fast and efficiently as possible. A reliable and cost-effective option. Most orders are delivered within two weeks after production. A great balance of speed and value.
Every order includes a tracking number once dispatched.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping. On average orders arrive between 9–16 days from the date of purchase with standard shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Local customs, holidays, and courier delays can occasionally affect timelines.
Important Shipping Info
Incorrect Address or Contact Details?
Contact us before your order ships to update the address or phone number.
If your order has already shipped, we can’t change it. You’ll need to cover any reshipment costs.
Wrong Phone Number?
We may contact you to confirm your number before shipping.
If no confirmation is received, your order will be held for up to 90 days. After that, it will be discarded with no refund.
Lost, Returned, or Undelivered Packages
Marked as delivered but not received?
We don’t refund or reship in these cases. Please check with your local courier.
Returned to sender?
This happens if the address is incorrect or the item is unclaimed. We’ll notify you when it’s back and offer reshipping (at your cost).
Damaged or lost in transit?
Email us at hello@thirtythreeclothing.com with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
