Refund & Returns Policy
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how returns and refunds work at THIRTY3:
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, contact us at hello@thirtythreeclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include in your email:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and issue (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- A short note on what’s wrong and whether you’re requesting a return or exchange
Important: Do not return items without our confirmation. Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
In original condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
The following cannot be returned:
Sample or custom-designed items.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Items delivered late due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or contact details).
Items that were printed exactly as ordered but are no longer wanted.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method in the currency used to purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. We’re not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.
Cancellations
Orders not yet in production can be cancelled in full.
Orders in production but not shipped can have shipping costs refunded.

Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Claims for missing, defective, or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
